Anveeksha is a Senior Mediator and Lead Emotional Consultant at TAG, The ADR Group. She actively engages with the clients wherein she undertakes counselling/training sessions and active mediations to increase the productivity & happiness quotient in personal and professional lives.

In her previous stints, she has worked with various leading MNC’s such as British Airways, Air Canada, Indus group, and NWNT (Dabur). She has also been a Panellist and Lead Speaker on Mental Health for a number of esteemed organizations including, CII-IWN, NHRD, World Auto Forum (WAF), WICCI and IIBP, to name a few.

She has been bestowed with the “Best Social and Mental Health Activist” for two years in a row; 2019-20 & 2020-2021. She is also a resource person for the Ministry of Women and Child Development.

Anveeksha is also a Ph.D scholar at IIT, Delhi, with focus on Mediation Psychology in the Dharmshastra. She has successfully completed the 40 hours Mediation trainings from Delhi Dispute Resolution Society,(DDRS), Delhi as envisaged under the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee of the Supreme Court of India and has also pursued a certification as Women Leadership Coach from Oxford University.
